At 20 meters from the Adriatic Sea on the coast of Fermo , surrounded by greenery, the 7 apartments of the Acquachiara Residence await you to offer their guests the feeling of feeling at home.
Small structure size, ideal for families with children, consisting of apartments for families of 4 people of 50 square meters with kitchen, double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine.

All the apartments overlook the green park and are all on the ground floor.
The park is equipped with games for children and a 7 x 15 meter swimming pool with hydromassage.
From the swimming pool you can directly access the sea.

We only offer carefree packages that is "all included in the price": apartment, electricity, water, gas, linen change (for periods longer than a week), entrance to the swimming pool with umbrella, deckchair and sun bed, covered parking and small gym weights.

There is also a convivial room with billiards and TV area.
Outside we have a shaded structure where we organize lunches, dinners and parties for children.
